About Us
--True recovery begins with understanding understanding — not just treatment.
About Us
I am Dr. Archana Choudhary, MPT (Neurology), a registered physiotherapist, research scholar, and nutrition educator with over 16 years of clinical experience.
My clinical work spans neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and movement-focused rehabilitation. My journey has included international clinical exposure in Germany and the United Kingdom, where I observed diverse rehabilitation models and patient-centered care approaches.
Over the years, I have observed that recovery is most effective when patients are not only treated, but also educated. Understanding pain, movement, neurological function, and the role of exercise and nutrition often makes the difference between short-term relief and long-term recovery.
This platform was created to make free, evidence-based physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and nutrition education accessible in a clear, practical, and patient-friendly way.
TrueHealthNotes is an extension of my clinical philosophy — empowering individuals through understanding, so they can move better, recover better, and live healthier lives.

Vision
To create a trusted digital space where health knowledge is clear, evidence-based, and freely accessible.
My vision is to bridge the gap between clinical science and everyday understanding, so people no longer feel confused, fearful, or dependent when it comes to their health. Whether it is pain, movement, recovery, or lifestyle choices, individuals should be able to understand what is happening in their bodies and why.
Through this platform, I aim to promote a culture of informed self-care, where physiotherapy, rehabilitation, movement, and nutrition are understood as long-term tools for health, not quick fixes or trends.
This website is built on the belief that education itself is a form of therapy.
